Hi, I’m Jenna Wood and I’m glad you’re here!
My mission is to help YOU become the most authentic and empowered version of yourself.
You can heal from the past and find relief to better cope with the present. Together, we’ll create strategies to help you have healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
You will learn to identify and express the emotions you have been holding back and assert your needs through clear communication and healthy boundaries. You’ll challenge beliefs and behaviors that may be causing you to neglect your needs and keep you feeling stuck.
We’ll find small, actionable steps that you can take each day to set the foundation for real, lasting change in your life.

Like you, I have experienced the pain and heartache that life and relationships can bring. It can feel scary and vulnerable to share what we’re going through with other people. So I don’t take it lightly to hear about your unique circumstances and struggles. I truly consider it a privilege to support you on your journey of healing and growth. Thank you for trusting me!
My Approach
I have over a decade of helping people just like you! I use a trauma-informed and integrative therapeutic approach. This means that I tailor therapy sessions for each person by combining ideas and techniques from a variety of theoretical orientations based on your individual needs. For example, cognitive behavioral strategies to identify unhelpful thoughts; a somatic lens to help you understand where in your body you may be experiencing your feelings; mindfulness to ease anxiety and bring you back into the present; and solution focused strategies to identify practical tools you can begin implementing today to reach your goals

My guiding principles:
Growth
Growth facilitates self-awareness and insight. It enhances one’s capabilities, skills, and knowledge. Growth builds resilience and empowers individuals to become the best version of themselves.
Trust
Trust involves allowing ourselves to be vulnerable to another in our life. Trust enables us to believe that someone is good, honest, safe, reliable, and ultimately has our best interest at heart.
Transparency
Transparency is to be authentic, open, and honest in relationships. It’s being clear in our intentions and communication which fosters a deeper understanding of one another and for individuals to be empowered to make informed choices.
Safety
A sense of safety is the cornerstone in any relationship and this is especially true in therapy. Safety is felt in the environment of your physical surroundings and is also feeling understood and accepted without judgment.
